A guided walk through the Estate's certified organic gardens and cultivations follows, where you will collect fresh seasonal ingredients that will become part of your cooking experience. Along the way, you will learn about sustainable farming methods, the importance of local produce and the traditional practices that have been preserved through generations.

Together with Markos, co-owner of the Estate and experienced chef, you will prepare authentic Naxian and Cycladic recipes through a hands-on cooking class. Using traditional methods and cooking over fire, a technique deeply connected with the mountainous villages of Naxos, you will discover how simple, local ingredients can create dishes full of character, aromas and unforgettable flavors.

While your creations are slowly prepared, Sofia, co-owner of the Estate, sommelier and nutritionist, will introduce you to the Estate's wines and share stories about the family's winemaking heritage, indigenous grape varieties and the special connection between wine, the Cycladic diet, wellbeing and longevity.

The experience concludes around the communal table, where you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by carefully selected Estate wines and surrounded by the breathtaking mountain landscape. The meal includes four starters, one main course and dessert, with vegetarian options available.
