    General Booking Terms and Conditions

    About us


    The website zastours.com and the Zas Tours Android mobile application are operated by ZAS TRAVEL O.E.

    Zas Tours is a brand of ZAS TRAVEL O.E. and is not a separate legal entity.

    In these General Booking Terms and Conditions, "Zas Tours", "we", "us" and "our" mean ZAS TRAVEL O.E., operating under the Zas Tours brand.

    Scope of these Terms


    These General Booking Terms and Conditions govern:

    - Your use of zastours.com and the Zas Tours Android mobile application
    - Bookings made through Zas Tours
    - Payments collected or processed through Zas Tours
    - Booking support provided by Zas Tours

    These Terms apply together with:

    - The description and conditions shown on the relevant activity page
    - The cancellation policy shown for the activity
    - The information shown during the booking process
    - Your booking confirmation or voucher
    - Any additional conditions clearly disclosed before the booking is completed
    - Any applicable conditions of the Supplier operating the activity

    The cancellation conditions, meeting arrangements, participation requirements, inclusions and other product-specific information shown for an activity form part of your booking.

    Where a product-specific condition differs from these general Terms, the product-specific condition will apply to that particular activity.

    Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.

    Our handling of personal information is explained separately in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

    Acceptance of these Terms


    By completing a booking through Zas Tours, you confirm that:

    - You have read and accepted these General Booking Terms and Conditions
    - You have read the cancellation policy and product-specific conditions shown for the activity
    - The booking information you have provided is accurate
    - You are legally able to enter into the booking contract
    - You are authorised to make the booking for all participants included in it

    You will be given an opportunity to review and correct the booking details before submitting the booking.

    After the booking is confirmed, Zas Tours will send you a confirmation by email or another durable electronic format.

    You should save or retain your booking confirmation, voucher and the applicable cancellation conditions.

    Zas Tours' role and the activity Supplier


    Zas Tours operates as a booking intermediary for independent excursion, activity, transport and experience providers.

    In these Terms, the business responsible for operating an activity is referred to as the "Supplier".

    Unless an activity page expressly states that Zas Tours operates the activity itself:

    - The Supplier is responsible for providing and operating the activity
    - The contract for the performance of the activity is between you and the Supplier
    - Zas Tours facilitates the booking, collects or processes payment and provides booking support
    - The Supplier operates as an independent business and is not an employee of Zas Tours

    Your booking therefore normally creates:

    - A contract between you and Zas Tours for the booking, payment and support services provided by Zas Tours
    - A contract between you and the Supplier for the operation and performance of the activity

    The Supplier responsible for the activity will be identified in the activity or booking information provided to you, including on the activity page, during the booking process, in your booking confirmation or on your voucher, as applicable.

    Where Zas Tours collects payment, it does so in connection with the booking and, where applicable, on behalf of the Supplier.

    Once the required payment has been successfully made to Zas Tours, your payment obligation is satisfied except for any amount clearly stated as payable directly to the Supplier.

    Zas Tours may receive a commission from the Supplier in return for facilitating the booking, marketing the activity and supporting the customer.

    Who may make a booking


    You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a booking.

    When booking for other participants, you confirm that:

    - You are authorised to make the booking on their behalf
    - The information you provide about them is accurate
    - You will make these Terms and all relevant activity information available to them
    - They meet the activity's stated participation requirements

    The person making the booking is responsible for communicating relevant booking information, changes, meeting instructions and cancellation conditions to all other participants.

    Making a booking


    You are responsible for checking the selected:

    - Activity
    - Date and time
    - Number and type of participants
    - Booking option
    - Pickup or meeting arrangements
    - Contact details
    - Accessibility and participation requirements
    - Cancellation conditions
    - Inclusions and exclusions
    - Amount payable

    Please check your confirmation immediately and contact Zas Tours promptly if any information is incorrect.

    Instant bookings


    For an activity marked as available for instant booking, the booking becomes confirmed when Zas Tours sends you a booking confirmation.

    An automated payment receipt or acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute confirmation unless it clearly states that the activity has been confirmed.

    Bookings requiring confirmation


    Some activities require confirmation from the Supplier.

    An acknowledgement that Zas Tours has received your booking request does not mean that the activity has been confirmed.

    The booking becomes confirmed only when Zas Tours sends you a confirmation stating that the request has been accepted.

    If the Supplier cannot accept the requested booking:

    - Zas Tours may offer an alternative date, time, option or activity
    - You are not required to accept the alternative

    No payment is collected while a booking request is awaiting confirmation.

    Zas Tours is not responsible for separate travel, transport or accommodation arrangements made before an on-request booking has been confirmed.

    Booking refusal or cancellation before confirmation


    Zas Tours or the Supplier may refuse or cancel a booking before confirmation where there is a valid reason, including:

    - Lack of availability
    - An incorrect or obviously erroneous price
    - Failure to meet participation requirements
    - Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
    - Incomplete or inaccurate booking information
    - Legal, regulatory, operational or safety restrictions
    - An inability to verify the booking or contact details

    If payment has already been collected for a booking that is not confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded or released.

    Prices, fees and payment


    Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on Zas Tours are in euros and include compulsory taxes and charges known to us at the time of booking.

    Any amount that must be paid directly to the Supplier or paid locally will be disclosed before booking wherever reasonably possible.

    Zas Tours does not add a separate booking fee to the displayed booking price.

    Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may independently charge:

    - A foreign exchange fee
    - An international transaction fee
    - Another payment-related charge

    These charges are not imposed or controlled by Zas Tours.

    The payment methods available for a booking will be displayed during checkout.

    You confirm that:

    - The payment information you provide is accurate
    - You are authorised to use the selected payment method
    - Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the payment

    Payments may be securely processed by third-party payment providers. Their own payment and privacy conditions may also apply.

    Partial payments and remaining balances


    Some activities may allow or require a deposit, partial payment or separate remaining balance.

    Where this applies, the amount paid through Zas Tours and any amount payable later will be clearly shown during booking or in your confirmation.

    A remaining balance may be payable:

    - Through Zas Tours
    - Directly to the Supplier
    - At a stated time before the activity
    - Locally on the date of the activity

    You are responsible for paying any remaining balance by the stated deadline.

    Failure to pay a required remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking and the applicable cancellation conditions may apply.

    Promotional and discount codes


    Promotional and discount codes are subject to the conditions communicated when they are issued.

    Unless otherwise stated:

    - A code must be entered before completing payment
    - A code cannot be exchanged for cash
    - A code cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed booking
    - Only one code may be used for each booking
    - A code may not be combined with another promotion
    - A code may have an expiry date or other reasonable usage conditions
    - A code may be withdrawn or rejected where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation or misuse

    Separate conditions apply to discount codes issued under the Best Price Guarantee.

    Our best prices and no booking fees


    Some activities display the following message:

    At Zas Tours, we always deliver the best prices we can and never add a booking fee.

    This means that Zas Tours is offering the best price it can make available through its own booking platform for that activity at that time.

    It is not a lowest-price or price-match guarantee.

    The Supplier or another booking platform may occasionally offer the same or a similar activity at a lower price.

    The separate Best Price Guarantee applies only where the activity expressly displays the message "Best price guarantee".

    Pricing and technical errors


    Zas Tours makes reasonable efforts to ensure that displayed prices are accurate.

    If a price is obviously incorrect because of a technical, currency, Supplier or data-entry error, Zas Tours may contact you before the activity and offer you the choice of:

    - Confirming the booking at the correct price
    - Cancelling the booking and receiving a full refund

    Zas Tours may cancel a booking based on an obvious pricing error where it would be unreasonable to require the booking to be fulfilled at the incorrect price.

    Zas Tours will not knowingly rely on an obvious pricing error to mislead customers.

    Activity descriptions and availability


    Zas Tours makes reasonable efforts to ensure that activity descriptions, photographs, availability, schedules, meeting instructions and prices are accurate.

    Some information is provided or maintained by the Supplier.

    Suppliers are responsible for providing accurate and current information about the activities they operate.

    Photographs may be illustrative.

    Vehicles, vessels, guides, equipment, routes and locations may vary where this does not materially change the nature or value of the activity.

    Availability displayed online may change before a booking is confirmed.

    Product-specific conditions


    Each activity may have its own conditions concerning matters such as:

    - Cancellation and refund deadlines
    - Minimum participant numbers
    - Minimum or maximum ages
    - Fitness, mobility or swimming requirements
    - Health, pregnancy, weight or height restrictions
    - Required identification or licences
    - Suitable clothing or footwear
    - Pickup areas and meeting points
    - Luggage allowances
    - Food, drink and dietary requirements
    - Weather requirements
    - Accessibility
    - Minimum group sizes
    - Safety instructions
    - Items included or not included in the price

    You must read these conditions before completing your booking.

    If you are uncertain whether an activity is suitable for you or another participant, contact Zas Tours before booking.

    Customer cancellations


    The cancellation policy shown on the activity page at the time of booking forms part of your booking.

    Different activities may have different cancellation deadlines and charges.

    To cancel a booking, you must submit your request through an available cancellation facility or contact Zas Tours in writing.

    A cancellation becomes effective when it is received by Zas Tours.

    We recommend keeping your cancellation confirmation.

    Unless otherwise stated, cancellation deadlines are calculated using the local time at the activity's destination.

    If you cancel:

    - Within the stated free-cancellation period, you will receive the refund described on the activity page
    - After the free-cancellation deadline, a partial or full cancellation charge may apply
    - After the activity has begun, no refund will normally be available
    - In the case of a no-show, no refund will normally be available

    Free cancellation


    "Free cancellation" means that you may cancel without a cancellation charge before the deadline stated on the activity page.

    It does not mean that the booking can be cancelled without charge at any time.

    Free refunds


    Where Zas Tours displays the phrase "Free refunds", this means that Zas Tours does not charge an additional administrative fee to process a refund to which you are entitled.

    It does not create a separate right to a refund outside the applicable cancellation policy.

    Changes requested by you


    Requests to change a booking, including its date, time, option, pickup location or participants, are subject to Supplier availability and approval.

    A requested change is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Zas Tours.

    A price difference may apply.

    If the replacement activity or booking option costs more, you may be required to pay the difference.

    If it costs less, any refund or credit will depend on the circumstances and the applicable cancellation and amendment conditions.

    If a requested change cannot be made, the original booking remains valid unless it is cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy.

    Changing the date or details of a booking does not necessarily restart or extend the free-cancellation period.

    The statutory right of withdrawal


    Bookings for tours, activities, tickets, transport, rentals and other leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period generally do not carry the standard 14-day right to withdraw from an online contract.

    Your cancellation rights are therefore normally governed by the cancellation policy shown for the activity and by any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

    Nothing in this section removes any statutory right that applies to a service not covered by the legal exception for date-specific leisure services.

    Supplier changes, weather and cancellations


    Activities may be affected by:

    - Weather and sea conditions
    - Safety concerns
    - Government, police, harbour or port authority instructions
    - Strikes
    - Road closures
    - Mechanical or operational problems
    - Minimum participant requirements
    - Illness or unavailability of a guide, captain, driver or other essential person
    - Events outside the Supplier's reasonable control

    The Supplier is responsible for deciding whether conditions allow an activity to operate safely.

    Minor operational changes


    The Supplier may make reasonable changes to the route, itinerary, vehicle, vessel, guide, starting point, meeting point or schedule where necessary for operational, weather or safety reasons.

    A minor change will not normally create a right to cancel or receive a refund where the activity remains substantially equivalent in nature, duration and value.

    Significant changes


    If a significant change is made before the activity, Zas Tours or the Supplier will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

    Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered:

    - The changed activity
    - A reasonable alternative
    - A different date
    - A partial refund
    - A full refund

    You are not required to accept a materially different substitute activity.

    Weather concerns


    A weather forecast, personal concern about the weather or a change in your travel plans does not by itself create a right to a refund where the Supplier confirms that the activity can operate safely.

    If the Supplier cancels the activity because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the cancellation provisions below apply.

    Cancellation by the Supplier


    If the Supplier cancels the complete activity, you will normally be offered:

    - An alternative date
    - A suitable alternative activity
    - A full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled activity

    You may choose a refund instead of an alternative unless mandatory law or exceptional circumstances provide otherwise.

    The refund will be made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to receive another form of credit.

    Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, Zas Tours and the Supplier are not responsible for separate costs such as accommodation, flights, ferries, taxis or other travel arrangements resulting from an activity cancellation.

    Refund processing


    Where you are entitled to a monetary refund, Zas Tours will issue it without undue delay to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

    After Zas Tours issues a refund, the time required for it to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

    Any currency difference resulting solely from exchange-rate movements or a fee charged independently by your payment provider is outside the control of Zas Tours.

    A refund confirmation from Zas Tours confirms that the refund has been initiated. It does not mean that the funds will immediately appear in your account.

    Arrival, meeting points and no-shows


    You are responsible for:

    - Arriving at the correct meeting point
    - Arriving by the stated check-in or departure time
    - Allowing sufficient time for traffic, parking and local transport delays
    - Monitoring messages relating to your booking
    - Carrying your confirmation, voucher and any required identification
    - Following the meeting or pickup instructions provided

    If pickup is included, you must be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the stated time.

    The Supplier may depart without you if you arrive late.

    Late arrival, failure to attend or going to the wrong meeting point will normally be treated as a no-show and will not normally entitle you to a refund.

    Delays or cancellations affecting your flight, ferry, bus, private vehicle or other transport do not automatically entitle you to cancel the activity outside its stated cancellation policy.

    Participation, health and safety


    You must follow reasonable instructions given by the Supplier, guide, captain, driver or activity leader.

    You must not participate while:

    - Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    - Behaving in a threatening, abusive or unsafe manner
    - Failing to meet a clearly disclosed participation requirement
    - Creating a danger to yourself, other participants, staff, equipment or property

    The Supplier may refuse or end your participation where reasonably necessary for safety, legal or operational reasons.

    No refund will normally be payable where participation is refused or ended because you:

    - Failed to disclose relevant information
    - Did not meet a stated requirement
    - Ignored safety instructions
    - Behaved dangerously or disruptively
    - Arrived unfit to participate
    - Did not carry a document or licence required for the activity

    You are responsible for considering your health, mobility, swimming ability, fitness and experience before booking.

    You should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

    If you provide health, dietary, accessibility or other sensitive information, it may be shared with the Supplier where reasonably necessary to assess or safely provide the activity.

    This information will be handled as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

    Children and minors


    The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all participating children meet the stated age and participation requirements.

    Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless the activity description expressly states otherwise.

    The Supplier may request proof of age.

    A Supplier may refuse participation where a child does not meet a stated age, height, weight, safety or supervision requirement.

    Travel documents and personal property


    You are responsible for carrying any required:

    - Passport or identity document
    - Driving licence
    - Booking confirmation or voucher
    - Permit
    - Medical documentation
    - Other document stated on the activity page

    You are responsible for your personal belongings during the activity.

    Neither Zas Tours nor the Supplier is responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where the loss was caused by that party's negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

    Insurance


    Unless expressly stated otherwise, the booking price does not include personal travel, medical, cancellation or personal-property insurance.

    Zas Tours recommends obtaining suitable insurance, particularly for:

    - Outdoor activities
    - Boat trips
    - Water sports
    - Hiking
    - Cycling
    - Activities involving physical exertion
    - Activities with particular safety risks
    - Bookings with restrictive cancellation conditions

    Any insurance maintained by a Supplier does not necessarily replace your own travel or medical insurance.

    Best Price Guarantee


    The Best Price Guarantee applies only to activities displaying the following message:

    Best price guarantee

    Find a lower price, and we'll make up the difference.

    If you book an eligible activity through Zas Tours and find the same activity publicly available online at a lower final price before the activity begins, Zas Tours will make up the verified difference, subject to the conditions below.

    Qualifying alternative offers


    The alternative offer must be:

    - For the same activity
    - Operated by the same Supplier
    - For the same destination
    - For the same date and starting time
    - For the same number and type of participants
    - For the same booking option
    - For the same pickup or meeting arrangements
    - Inclusive of the same services, equipment, meals, drinks, transfers and other inclusions
    - Subject to equivalent payment, amendment and cancellation conditions
    - Publicly available
    - Available to you without a membership, account status or other special eligibility requirement
    - Currently available and capable of being booked when Zas Tours verifies the claim
    - Lower than the final price paid through Zas Tours after compulsory taxes and charges are included

    The comparison is based on the complete price payable for the booking, not only a headline, starting or per-person price.

    Where prices are displayed in different currencies, Zas Tours may use a reasonable publicly available exchange rate when comparing the offers.

    A genuine special promotion that is automatically available to the general public may qualify, provided that all the other conditions are met.

    Excluded offers


    The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

    - Prices available only to members of loyalty, reward or membership programmes
    - Corporate or privately negotiated rates
    - Group rates not available to the general public
    - Private or unpublished offers
    - Personal vouchers or account-specific discounts
    - Cashback offers or affiliate rebates
    - Package or bundled prices where the individual activity price cannot be established
    - Discount codes or other special promotions not automatically available to the general public
    - Prices available only to residents of a particular country or members of another restricted group
    - Prices resulting from an obvious pricing, currency or technical error
    - Offers that are no longer available for booking when checked
    - Offers that cannot be independently verified
    - Offers created, altered or manipulated for the purpose of making a claim

    Fraud, manipulation and abuse


    Websites, platforms or offers created or used for the sole purpose of circumventing or abusing the Best Price Guarantee are excluded.

    Zas Tours may reject a claim where there is evidence of, or reasonable grounds to suspect:

    - Fraudulent intent
    - Manipulation of a price or offer
    - Collaboration with a Supplier, website owner or another person to create an artificial lower price
    - Submission of altered, incomplete or misleading screenshots or information
    - Misrepresentation of the alternative offer's conditions
    - Repeated or otherwise improper use of the Best Price Guarantee
    - Another attempt to obtain a benefit to which the claimant is not entitled


    Zas Tours reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the conditions of the Best Price Guarantee or where, acting reasonably, there are grounds to suspect fraud, manipulation, abuse or an attempt to circumvent these Terms.


    Submitting a claim


    To submit a claim, contact Zas Tours before the activity begins and provide:

    - Your Zas Tours booking number
    - A working link to the alternative offer
    - A screenshot clearly showing the lower price
    - Enough information to verify the activity, Supplier, date, participants, inclusions and booking conditions
    - Any further information reasonably required to confirm that the offer qualifies

    The screenshot should show the date and time when the alternative offer was available wherever possible.

    Zas Tours may contact the Supplier or alternative booking platform to verify the offer.

    The alternative offer must remain available for booking when Zas Tours checks it.

    How the price difference is provided


    If the claim meets these conditions, Zas Tours will provide the verified price difference either:

    - As a refund to the original payment method
    - As a Zas Tours discount code of equal value

    The method used may be determined by Zas Tours according to the circumstances of the claim.

    A discount code issued under the Best Price Guarantee:

    - May be used towards any excursion available for booking through Zas Tours
    - Will have a value equal to the verified price difference
    - Cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law
    - May have a reasonable validity period and usage conditions, which will be communicated when the code is issued
    - May not be sold, copied, altered or used fraudulently

    The Best Price Guarantee does not apply if the original Zas Tours booking is cancelled, refunded or subject to a successful chargeback.

    The Best Price Guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

    Complaints and problems during an activity


    If a problem occurs during an activity, inform the Supplier immediately and give them a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

    You should also contact Zas Tours as soon as possible if:

    - The Supplier does not attend
    - The activity is materially different from the confirmed booking
    - You cannot locate the meeting point
    - A serious service or safety issue occurs
    - You need help communicating with the Supplier

    Complaints submitted after the activity should include:

    - The booking number
    - A clear description of the issue
    - Relevant photographs, messages or receipts
    - Details of any steps taken to resolve the issue locally

    Zas Tours will review the matter and communicate with the Supplier where appropriate.

    Failure to raise a problem during the activity does not automatically remove your legal rights, but it may make the issue more difficult to investigate or resolve.

    Reviews and customer content


    After an activity, Zas Tours may invite you to leave a review.

    Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain:

    - Knowingly false or misleading claims
    - Unlawful, threatening, abusive or discriminatory content
    - Personal information about another person without permission
    - Promotional content unrelated to the booking
    - Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
    - Content relating to a different business or activity

    You remain the owner of the content you submit.

    By submitting a review, photograph or other content, you give Zas Tours a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, translate, format and use that content in connection with Zas Tours, including on the website, Android mobile application, social media and marketing materials.

    Zas Tours may reject or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

    Zas Tours may make minor changes to formatting, spelling or presentation, but will not intentionally alter the meaning of a review.

    Zas Tours will not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.

    Website and application use


    You may use the Zas Tours website and Android mobile application for personal, non-commercial booking and travel-planning purposes.

    You must not:

    - Use the website or application for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
    - Make false, speculative or fraudulent bookings
    - Interfere with the operation or security of the website or application
    - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system or data
    - Introduce malware, malicious code or another harmful technology
    - Use automated systems to scrape or systematically extract content or data
    - Resell bookings, vouchers or website content commercially without permission
    - Impersonate another person
    - Use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Zas Tours, Suppliers or another person

    Zas Tours may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, Suppliers or other users.

    Intellectual property


    The Zas Tours website, Android mobile application, branding, text, layout, graphics, software and original content are owned by or licensed to ZAS TRAVEL O.E.

    Without written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or systematically extract Zas Tours content.

    Supplier photographs, descriptions, trademarks and other content may remain the property of their respective owners.

    Links to external websites and services are provided for convenience. Zas Tours is not responsible for the content or availability of independent third-party websites.

    Privacy and communications


    Zas Tours processes personal information as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

    To manage and fulfil a booking, relevant personal information may be shared with:

    - The Supplier operating the activity
    - Payment providers
    - Booking and technology providers
    - Communication and customer-support providers
    - Professional advisers
    - Public authorities where disclosure is legally required

    Zas Tours may contact you by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or another contact method you provide where reasonably necessary to:

    - Confirm or manage your booking
    - Provide meeting or pickup information
    - Request necessary booking information
    - Communicate an urgent change
    - Provide customer support
    - Notify you about a cancellation or safety matter

    You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking messages relating to your booking.

    Liability


    Zas Tours is responsible for performing its own booking, payment and customer-support obligations with reasonable care and skill.

    Unless Zas Tours is expressly identified as the activity operator, the Supplier is responsible for:

    - Operating the activity
    - The conduct of its guides, drivers, captains and staff
    - Vehicles, vessels and equipment
    - Operational licences and insurance
    - Activity safety
    - Delivering the activity described in the confirmed booking

    To the extent permitted by law, Zas Tours is not responsible for an independent Supplier's acts, omissions, negligence or failure to perform the activity.

    This does not exclude responsibility where Zas Tours itself:

    - Acted negligently
    - Provided materially incorrect or misleading booking information
    - Failed to perform its own contractual obligations
    - Is legally responsible under mandatory consumer law

    Zas Tours is not responsible for losses that:

    - Were not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made
    - Arise from information you provided incorrectly
    - Result from your failure to follow disclosed requirements or reasonable instructions
    - Result from a transport delay, missed connection or other arrangement outside the booking
    - Relate to business, professional or commercial use of a consumer booking

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:

    - Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
    - Intentional misconduct
    - Gross negligence
    - Death or personal injury caused by negligence
    - Any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded
    - Your mandatory rights as a consumer

    Events outside reasonable control


    Zas Tours and Suppliers are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside their reasonable control, including:

    - Extreme weather or sea conditions
    - Natural disasters
    - Fire
    - War or civil disturbance
    - Government restrictions
    - Port or airport closure
    - Strikes
    - Epidemics or public-health restrictions
    - Interruption of utilities, communications or payment networks
    - Other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances

    Where such an event results in cancellation of the complete activity, the refund provisions in these Terms and the activity's specific cancellation policy will apply.

    Nothing in this section removes a refund or other right that applies under mandatory consumer law.

    Standalone activities and package travel


    These Terms are primarily intended for standalone excursions, tours, activities, transfers and experiences.

    If Zas Tours expressly sells a booking as a package, or if an arrangement legally qualifies as a package or linked travel arrangement, the applicable statutory package-travel protections will apply and will take priority over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

    Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or avoid rights that apply to a package or linked travel arrangement under mandatory law.

    Complaints and alternative dispute resolution


    Please contact Zas Tours first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve your complaint.

    Consumers may also be entitled to seek assistance from:

    - The Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman for eligible disputes involving a business established in Greece
    - The European Consumer Centre Greece for eligible cross-border consumer disputes within the European Union, Iceland and Norway

    Participation in an alternative dispute-resolution process does not remove any right you may have to bring a claim before a competent court.

    Governing law and courts


    These Terms and the booking services provided by Zas Tours are governed by Greek law.

    If you are a consumer who normally resides in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of your country of residence.

    Any dispute may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Greek and European law.

    Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's mandatory right to bring proceedings before another competent court.

    Changes to these Terms


    Zas Tours may update these Terms to reflect:

    - Changes in law or regulation
    - Changes to its services
    - Changes to booking or payment processes
    - New features
    - Necessary clarifications

    The Terms applying to a confirmed booking will normally be those in force when the booking was made.

    Later changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing confirmed booking unless required by law.

    Severability


    If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

    The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where legally possible, in a way that most closely reflects its lawful purpose.

    Language


    These Terms may be made available in more than one language.

    Zas Tours will make reasonable efforts to ensure that translations are consistent.

    If there is an inconsistency between language versions, the English version will be used for interpretation to the extent permitted by law.

    This does not restrict any mandatory consumer right or protection.
