Immerse yourself in the traditions of Naxian farm life with this all-encompassing experience that combines two of our most popular activities: the traditional cooking class and the cheese-making workshop.
You will begin by preparing a full Mediterranean meal using the freshest produce from the farm. Under the guidance of your hosts, you will learn how to create authentic dishes that reflect the flavors of the Cyclades. Once the food is placed in the farm's wood-fired oven to cook slowly to perfection, the next part of your adventure begins.

You will head next door to delve into the art of traditional cheese making. Using fresh, unpasteurized goat milk, you will experience firsthand how the locals craft delicious cheeses using age-old techniques passed down through generations.
While we you for your creations to come together, you will enjoy a guided stroll around the farm.
