Next, visit a beautiful, family-run vineyard. The owner will welcome you and provide a 20-30 minute tour of the vines, discussing terroir, indigenous varieties, and traditional vs. modern winemaking methods. Then, a passionate and knowledgeable winemaker will guide you through an intimate tasting of five local wines, paired with more Naxian cheese, including the famous PDO "graviera"
