This was with Naxos Bus Transfer, and everything went really well. We originally booked our tour on a Tuesday, and when I sent an email to Zastours telling them we wanted to see the Temple of Demeter, they told us the museum is closed on a Tuesday and allowed us to reschedule to Monday instead. The driver met us promptly, and before driving we discussed with him the things we would like to see, and he mentioned a few other places we might like also in the time we had. Even though the information mentions this excursion is transfer only, our driver got out at every spot and walked around and showed us many things. I thought we would just get dropped off at the various spots and explore on our own, but he was very helpful and very informative. I really liked making my own itinerary based on some of their suggestions, as many of the other half-day tours I saw online mentioned going to distilleries and other places that I was not interested in.
