In case of a booked hike reservation, 50% of the total cost of the hike will be refunded, if we are informed: more than 1 week before the hiking date in Low Season and Mid Season more than 2 weeks before the hiking date in High Season
In case of last minute cancellation, non show, not arriving on time on the meeting point, or non complete route on client’s request, the payment is not refunded.
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or reasons that concern Naxos Trekking Company, your payment will be fully refunded.

The meeting point for this excursion is the parking area in Halki village.

Need a transfer?

This excursion doesn't include a transfer but, if you like, we can provide one. When you make your booking we'll ask you for your accommodation details. Just fill this part in and we'll send you a quote. You then accept or decline.

When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability within 1 day or less. Once availability has been confirmed, will we then ask you to pay by sending you an email with a payment link. Please pay promptly to ensure your booking goes ahead.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Can I pay on arrival?

It is not possible to pay on arrival. The only way to secure a booking is to make a reservation beforehand.
