Can I pay on arrival?

It is not possible to pay on arrival. The only way to secure a booking is to make a reservation beforehand.

When will I get my ticket?

Accepted Answer

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.
