Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.
Unfortunately we has a terribly bad experience with this boat on the sunset cruise we chose.
Let's start with their delay of starting : when we made the reservation we were asked to be at Agia Anna's port at 18:30 ( which we did) as we would start the trip at 19:00 , but they came at 19:30 , we were waiting the clients from the previous trip to disembark so we started 19:40 without any apology from their side. The duration of the trip was advertised to be 3 hours , but 20:40 we were back so that means 1 hour trip.
Not to mention that the captain and his crew seemed unbelievably unprofessional and inept as they had huge difficulties to anchor and to set to sail.
The snacks they offer also a huge disappointment as they said it would be a cheese plate , but what we got was a slice of cheese cut and rolled in three pieces and also one slice of ham the same way . As far as the aperol spritz we were offered , was probably the worst we had in our lives, as it was all soda water with a zip of aperol just for the color .
Last but not least the boat was extremely dirty and and rusty and it looked that they do not bother to clean between the trips .
Didn't worth it at all !
Zero value for money !
