Free & easy cancellation policy

If your sailing is cancelled due to high winds or rough seas we will try to arrange another available date. No worries, no fuss.
Payment is refunded in case the sail is prohibited from the port authority due to bad weather conditions or due to unforeseen damages and malfunctions
There is a refund in case the cancellation is made 40 days before the sail.
For the reservation a 50% of the total Charter Hire (non-refundable).

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

Can I pay on arrival?

It is not possible to pay on arrival. The only way to secure a booking is to make a reservation beforehand.
