Description
Discover the essence of the Cyclades on a full-day private tour showcasing the highlights of Paros and Antiparos. This carefully designed experience offers a complete introduction to the islands' history, culture and natural beauty.
Your day begins in Parikia, the capital of Paros. Walk through its charming streets, lined with whitewashed houses and neoclassical mansions, and visit the impressive Castle, a distinctive medieval structure built between the 8th and 13th centuries using marble from ancient sites. You will also see the renowned Church of Panagia Ekatontapyliani, a significant 6th-century monument and one of the most important early Christian churches in Greece.
The tour continues to Pounta port, where you will take a short ferry crossing to Antiparos. There, you will explore Chora, the island's main town, walking along its lively market street to the Kastro, a striking example of Venetian architecture formed by interconnected two-story houses.
Returning to Paros, you will visit Piso Livadi, a traditional fishing village by the sea, ideal for a relaxed lunch at a local taverna, where fresh fish and regional flavors take center stage.
In the afternoon, the tour proceeds to Lefkes, one of the island's most beautiful villages, set on a hillside at 300 meters above sea level. Surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, it offers sweeping views toward Naxos.
