Description
Discover the enchanting beauty of Paros as the day fades into night on this unforgettable sunset bus tour. Carefully designed to showcase the island's most atmospheric locations, this evening experience combines traditional villages, historic landmarks and breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea.
Your journey begins from the Naousa meeting point, heading first to the idyllic village of Lefkes. Nestled in the hills among olive groves and pine trees, Lefkes was once the capital of Paros and still preserves its authentic Cycladic character. Wander through its stone-paved alleys, admire the elegant neoclassical houses and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of its quiet squares, with time to explore at your own pace.
The tour then continues to Parikia, the island's charming capital. Here you will visit the iconic Panagia Ekatontapyliani, one of the oldest Byzantine monuments in Greece, known as the "Church of a Hundred Doors". Stroll through the narrow whitewashed streets decorated with bougainvillea, make your way up to the Venetian Castle and the Church of Saints Constantine and Eleni and find the perfect spot to enjoy a spectacular sunset over the Aegean.
As golden and crimson tones fill the sky, take time to relax and absorb the moment, either from the castle or at one of Parikia's seaside cafes with a drink in hand. The tour concludes at dusk with a comfortable return to the meeting points in Aliki, Naousa and Parikia.
