- If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the tour date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.
- If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the tour date, do not show up, arrive late at the meeting point, or request to not complete the route, no refund will be given.
- If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, you will either be able to reschedule or receive a full refund. Any credit card or bank fees will not be included in the refund.
- Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
