Spend just 25 minutes on a comfortable motor-powered air-conditioned boat.
Get in the luxury vehicle for a comprehensive tour with stops at the main points of interest and the picturesque villages of Naxos.
The first stop on our suggested tour is Demeter‘s temple in Gyroulas area. Apart from the impressive temple ruins, you will have the chance to visit the archaeological museum located in the same area and see the findings from the site. This monumental, all-marble temple was constructed on the spot in the late 6th century.
In Damalas, a cute little village in the heart of Tragea valley, you will watch a demonstration at the only remaining traditional pottery workshop and an old olive press, a bit further.
A picturesque village where you can walk in the narrow marble alleys, visit the traditional citron distillery from 1896 and have a coffee enjoying the classy atmosphere.
Driving on to the mountainous part of Naxos, your next stop is at the famous village of Apiranthos where you can stroll on the marble cobbled streets and take loads of photos. The village also boasts 5 small museums!
Then we drive towards the northern part of the island and reach the northernmost edge at Apollonas. A small, typical Cycladic fishermen's village, ideal for swimming or just relaxing at the cafes and taverns by the sea. Here you will also admire the impressive 10m statue, a colossal unfinished Kouros-style statue from 6th BC.
After taking the coastal road back to town, admiring amazing views of Agia's tower and the nearby islands, you will return to Agia Anna for your return.
Return back to Paros in just 25 minutes.
