This exciting Naxos excursion begins around 10 a.m., with a scenic drive to the village of Flerio. After a 15-minute drive through beautiful landscapes, you will explore the ancient Kouros statues, Kouros of Farangi and Kouros of Flerio. Impressive relics from the 6th century BC. From here, the adventure continues with a relaxing 8km hike through lush landscapes and charming villages, including Melanes and Potamia. You will pass olive groves, citrus orchards and serene creeks, all leading to the historical Jesuit Palace, a 17th-century ruin showcasing the island's fascinating past.
The hike then takes you to Koko's Tower, a Venetian structure surrounded by greenery with a mysterious history. After a leisurely exploration, you will complete the hike and return to your starting point. The excursion lasts 4-5 hours, with the option to enjoy a traditional lunch at a nearby village, making for a perfect day of history, culture and nature.
