Tour Info

• Cycling Style: for all level riders
• Level of difficulty: 2 / 5
• Total duration: 4 hours (duration of the tour including preparation and stretching exercises)
• Riding time: 1-1.5 hours (depending on participants’ pace)
• Distance: 9 km (5.60 miles)
• Up to 4 persons - for more people there is an extra fee per person
• The start and endpoint are at Mykonos Vioma Organic farm. When you make your booking your ticket will include a Google Map with the exact location.

Age and Weight Limits

Children

• The minimum age for toddlers on the bike seat is 9 months old, provided the child can support the neck & head on his/her own. The maximum allowed weight is 15kg (roughly for a 3yo child)
• For the bike trailers, the maximum (total) weight of the kid(s) is 35kg (roughly for kids aged 2-9).

Adults

• There is no maximum age limit for adults, provided their physicians allow such a type of exercise.
• Mountain bikes and e-bikes have specifications for a total weight (rider + bike) of 120 kg.
• Participants that exceed 105 kg ride at their own risk and if damage occurs to the bikes due to weight will be asked to pay for it.

Cancellation Policy

• The administration charge is 30% for cancellations occurring at least 3 weeks before the tour date.
• If cancellation occurs 3-21 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the payment is held.
• No refund is made for cancellations with only 2 days’ notice (48 hours) or less.
