- Please mention if you have any food or allergies in general
- You are required to remove your footwear before embarkation
- Keep your passports with you onboard (or a copy and/or a photo of it on your mobile device)
- All yachts are anchored offshore as it is forbidden to approach a beach shore (of sand or of gravel composition)that does not provide mooring infrastructure
- The temperature in the Hot Springs area is up to 4°C warmer than the open water. Note that you will need to remove any jewellery
- The cost for every extra passenger is 100€

Includes & excludes
- No fee is charged for cancellations prior to 3 days before the confirmed book date
- For cancellations 48 hours prior to the reservation 30% of the total amount will be charged
- For cancellations made 24 hours before the trip 100% of the total amount will be charged
- In case you want to amend the day of the cruise, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability
- If there is no availability for the new requested date then the cancellation terms are applied
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather, a 100% refund of the down or full payment applies
- The operator reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the tour due to inclement weather or realize the tour with any vessel of the same category depending on availability

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.
