Both "bream" and "sea bream" are correct, but the choice depends on the specificity you want. "Sea bream" specifies that you are referring to bream that live in the sea, which can be clearer in a marine context. If you prefer more specificity, you can use "sea bream":
In the waters around Naxos, amateur anglers are likely to catch a variety of fish that inhabit coastal areas and shallow depths, such as grouper, sea bream, mullet, and sea bass. If you're lucky, you might even catch a red snapper or a tuna.
Whether it is the rush of feeling a tug on your line, the satisfaction of reeling in a sizable fish, or simply savoring the tranquility of the Aegean's sparkling blue waters, this private fishing trip is the ideal balance of adventure and relaxation. Returning to the port with your catch in hand is a fulfilling way to end an unforgettable day at sea, leaving you with memories that will last long after the voyage ends.

First..not a fishing boat..rib for excursions..couldn't easily move around boat.
Second...it was just myself as paying passenger..captain and another guy who did nothing but fish..may have been captains friend....was not helpful to me in any way. Captain really didnt seem to have much fishing experience..I wasn't holding bottom and many times couldn't get to bottom until I asked for more weight which he reluctantly put on. Moved boat to third spot that that 3 to 4 feet rollers and did not angle rib at 45 degrees to rollers..never even touched bottom at that spot. They also showed up late and didnt add a minute of extra fishing time. Waste of 795 euros indeed. I didnt complain and even tipped captain..Waste of a trip.lunch was good.though.
A simple and genuine way to spend time on the water.
