We kindly ask that you arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Please note, at some times of year, the duration can be shorter depending on the exact time of the sunset.

In the event of bad weather, you will first be offered an alternative date for the cruise. If rescheduling is not possible a full refund will be issued
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
This excursion doesn't include a transfer but, if you like, we can provide one. When you make your booking we'll ask you for your accommodation details. Just fill this part in and we'll send you a quote. You then accept or decline.

What happens if the weather is bad?
In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.
Can I pay on arrival?
It is not possible to pay on arrival. The only way to secure a booking is to make a reservation beforehand.
