20 days before the departure: 100% refund.
7-19 days before the departure: 50% refund.
2-6 days before the departure: 30% refund.
No show or cancellation within 48h: No refund.
Change of date at least 24h prior to the initial departure is possible at no extra fee if there is availability for the new date. Otherwise, cancellation terms will apply.
For changes that will be placed at least 24hours prior to departure there is no extra fees but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then cancellation terms will be applied.
If the cruise is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and/or force majeure events, our guests can choose another date subject to availability or else they are entitled to 100% refund of the down/full payment.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text 'Free cancellation' refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

Can I pay on arrival?

It is not possible to pay on arrival. The only way to secure a booking is to make a reservation beforehand.
