Discover Scuba Diving in Naxos town
Description
While this program is not an actual certification course, it will show you how much fun is the experience of scuba diving. To sign up for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary but you should not have any health issues in order to be able to take part.
Each lesson has a duration of about 2.5-3 hours. Naxos, a deep blue paradise, is an ideal place for those who seek new adventurous experiences in crystal clear waters, gorgeous caves, stunning reefs and historical wrecks.
The diving spot is at Agios Georgios beach, Naxos town and you can see amazing aqua life like octopus, stonefish, silverfish and sponges.

- Your dive’s maximum depth is 6 meters
- You will dive with our certified and very experienced instructors
- The start times in August are 12:00 or 14:30 (17:00 is not available)

Not as easy as I first thought
This was my first experience with scuba. The others I was with had done a similar experience in Thailand. I was worried I would not get the safety practice right. They insist that you must learn the safety before you do the dive. In the end it was nice but a little stresful for the first time. I don't know if I will do this again but I must give 5 stars because the woman instructor was very polite and also very professional.
