- 20 days before the departure: 100% refund.
- 7-19 days before the departure: 50% refund.
- 2-6 days before the departure: 30% refund.
- No show or cancellation within 48h: No refund.
- Change of date at least 24h prior to the initial departure is possible at no extra fee if there is availability for the new date. Otherwise, cancellation terms will apply.
- For changes that will be placed at least 24hours prior to departure there is no extra fees but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then cancellation terms will be applied.
- If the cruise is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and/or force majeure events, our guests can choose another date subject to availability or else they are entitled to 100% refund of the down/full payment.
- Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
