Cancellation Policy

• In case of bad weather exceeding 7 Beaufort and the departure being prohibited by the port authorities, the supplier will cancel the trip after consultation with the company in a joint decision. In this case and if there is no possibility of transferring the trip to another date, the supplier will refund the total charter amount (note that the possible impending bad weather can be established no earlier than 3 days before the date of the trip).
• If the customer for his own reasons unilaterally decides not to join the event then the below fees will be applied: -50% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled within a period of 21-7 days prior to the date of trip. -100% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to the date of trip.
• In case of cancellation of the trip due to force majeure, for which no responsibility or fault is bared by the company or its customers, the supplier commits to return the deposit to the company. Indicatively and not restrictively it is stated that the cases of force majeure include war, extreme weather events, revolution, strikes, epidemics, fires, earthquakes, floods, emergency relevant government decisions etc.
• In any case of cancellation at any period of time between the date of cancellation and date of trip the deposit is not refundable. The case of cancellation due to measures announced by the Greek government against the current pandemic Covid-19 as well as the inability to travel on the part of customers with extraordinary bans enforced in their country (proof of certification document necessary) are excluded.
