Excellent experience! Costas is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about olives. We participated in harvesting, tasting and saw where the olives are processed.

This was the best tour we've ever been on. Costas was a dream host. It was a very special experience that we will not soon forget. We learned about all of the olive trees, their fruit, the olive harvesting process, and the history of the land. As a very special added bonus, we visited during harvest season and went to see the olive oil being made. This was a highlight of our trip to Greece and if you ever have the opportunity to enjoy this tour, please do. What an experience!

The tour with Costas on his olive farm is a MUST DO when you’re in Naxos. Costas has a passion for his craft, and it shows in every moment of the visit. He guides you through the farm, explains the property and the growing process, and ends with a lovely tasting of different olive oils. One of the top experiences I’ve had on any vacation, hands down!

We had a lovely time touring through the olive trees and especially enjoyed the spring water system. We learned a lot during the olive oil tasting, and giving treats to the donkeys was fun! It was a great social afternoon!

The tour of this olive oil farm is a MUST DO if you are on Naxos. Costas is wonderful and we learned so much during our tour about what it takes to have a thriving olive oil farm. We even got to eat some figs straight from the tree and feed his donkey who is featured on the olive oil's logo! I was happily surprised by the delicious snacks we received at the end of the tour so that we could have an olive oil tasting and pairing experience. I highly recommend this experience and will be back to visit Costas and the farm on future trips!

This is an absolute must-do experience in Naxos, and I cannot speak highly enough of it! Not only was the location stunning, but Costas was the best guide. His passion and knowledge about the farm (and animals on it), history, and the olive growing process was amazing! Costas provided a wonderful olive oil taste testing and cooked us a beautiful and delicious meal. We also got to meet several adorable animals along the way and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset. The experience truly made our trip to Naxos special and would love to do it again.

A magical experience that I would recommend to anyone who is passing through Naxos. Costas is very knowledgeable and passionate about his olives and sustainable agriculture. His tour is informative and the walk through the village and the property gives an insight into the authentic lives of the people of Naxos that you may not otherwise experience as a visitor/tourist. The tasting in the middle of the olive grove was absolutely idyllic and the food pairings prepared by Costas were delicious, he walked us through exactly which oils pair best with which flavors. I love how the tour group was smaller and more intimate, as well. Overall a lovely way to learn about the island’s agriculture and meet other travelers, and we were each gifted a bottle of his own oil!

This experience was a fascinating opportunity to see the love and labor that goes into olive growing! Costas was so knowledgeable and passionate about his work and it was so enlightening to get to pair a tour of his family’s olive groves with the olive oil tastings and pairings afterwards!

This was a fantastic experience, one of the best that we have done. Costas is very knowledgeable and earnestly shares his knowledge of and approach to farming. The carob eating donkey and the extensive snacks (almost dinner) at the end, with innovative ways to use olive oil, were both unexpected surprises. Beautiful farm and the tasting was excellent. This experience surpassed all my expectations — and they were high after reading such great reviews! The olive farm is an idyllic spot tucked away in the mountains, an easy drive from Chora and a nice contrast from other areas of the island. Costas was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared insight about so much more than olives. The tour was imbued with historic details dating back to the Venetians and personalized with Costas’ own family history on the site. Highly recommend visiting the farm to get a glimpse of this hidden gem!

This was one of the most authentic experiences we’ve ever done. We learned so much from Costas about olive farming and olive oil, then had some amazing food cooked by Castas himself paired with various oils. You can’t find a better experience than this!

This was the highlight of our trip to Naxos! As many other reviews have stated, don’t hesitate to book this experience. Costas is so warm and friendly and his family’s olive farm is a beautiful and magical place. You will learn a lot about olive trees and the history of olive oil production. And the little feast he prepares is bountiful, so don’t eat right beforehand! We took the evening trip and got to witness the most beautiful sunset. Book this ASAP! What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! It was so interesting to learn about farming practices and see what else is grown on the land. Getting to taste different olive oils and learn what makes them unique was a great experience. The hosts were super informative and friendly - we wished we could have stayed longer!

I can’t recommend Costas’s tour highly enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the farm and its plant life, not just the olive trees. The tour begins with a walk through the orchard, where he gave detailed descriptions about the trees, varietals, and the process of olive oil productions. After that, you get to taste a variety of olive oils with tasting notes and other key facts. The food he makes to accompany the olive oil is also delicious, with a fava bean purée and beet dip being particular highlights. We learned a lot and had a wonderful time!

We a great adventure. My advice is not to eat beforehand or afterwards for sure a whole. Costas prepares a lovely meal in a gorgeous setting in his orchard. Walking around during the first half is educational and fun to see the different varieties of trees. Tasting/Lunch in the orchard is a delight. Just do it

One of our favorite Airbnb experiences we’ve ever done. Costas is a wealth of knowledge about Olive farming (and about farming in general). For being so young, it’s absolutely incredible how knowledgeable he is. He is informative without being overwhelming. His family property is really cool with a huge variety of plants that you wouldn’t expect. We plucked delicious ripe figs right off the plant. He also made us a huge variety of dips and foods, all using produce from his property and his olive oil of course. He also gave us gifts of his olive oil to take home. I highly recommend you do this experience. You won’t regret it!

What a great tour through Naxian farming culture and success. It may not what you normally think of when you go to Naxos, but totally what you should do.We got a ground level tour of the farm, as well as a great dinner & olive oil tasting. I never thought or had olive oil that fresh. Ever. Definitely worth your time & participation.

Authentic, local experience that gave us a taste of Greek life, figuratively and literally. Costas was so informative and made everything about the farm interesting, even for a city dweller. This was one of the best experiences we had during our two-week trip to the Greek islands. We learned a ton about the olive oil making process from Costas and he surprised us with a delectable spread at the end to go with the olive oil tasting. To top it off, his brother was playing a concert in an old building owned in the family and he invited us to join him at the concert. What a complete delight!!! Costas was an excellent guide explaining his farm and olive orchard. He really took us through a special hidden part of Naxos. His deep understanding and passion for olive oil comes through in his narration of the trees and the extra special tasting experience. He did a great job walking us through different types of oils and brought us a feast made almost entirely from things grown on his farm - it was some of the best food we had all trip (and that's a high bar!). It really felt like a hidden gem and secret garden and the cherry on top was Costas taking us to the 17th century old mill and farm buildings he and his father restored. 10/10 would recommend for any and all groups. So worth it.

Costas gave a wonderful tour where he taught us about olive oil production, farming, and Naxos. It was amazing to hear not only about the fruits, vegetables, and oils that he makes, but also about his own life and family history. His passion for his farm and community is so evident. He also served us a delicious fresh dinner made with ingredients from the farm, as well as picked us up/dropped us off in the center of town, as we didn't have a car. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Naxos!

My girlfriend and I had high expectations going into our tour with Costas, and we can say that this experienced lived up to the hype. We had an amazing time exploring his farm, learning about olives/olive oil, and sampling fresh produce. The highlight was tasting various olive oils and then having a feast made with all fresh ingredients from the farm (potatoes, cheeses, tomatoes, green beans, tzatziki, eggplant dip) plus ice cream topped with citrus olive oil. Amazing!Costas was very welcoming and couldn’t have been a better host!

We really enjoyed our time with Costas in his beautiful farm outside town. We learned so much about olive farming and olive oil, and had a splendid olive oil tasting and home made dishes. Costas even picked us up and dropped us in town! I would highly recommend doing this experience when visiting Naxos.
