- For cancellations 48 hours prior to the reservation 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- For cancellations made 24 hours before the trip 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case you want to amend the day of the cruise, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability.
- If there is no availability for the new requested date then the cancellation terms are applied.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather, a 100% refund of the down or full payment applies.
- The operator reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the tour due to inclement weather or realize the tour with any vessel of the same category depending on availability.
